The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) declared the dissolution of the Mi Continental Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda because it was subject to inactivity.
Due to this, it is excluded from the National Registry of Savings and Credit Cooperatives Not Authorized to Raise Resources from the Public.
Through SBS resolution No. 04274-2023 published today in the Official Gazette El Peruano, it is indicated that SBS personnel were able to verify on several occasions that the offices of said cooperative, located in the department of Cusco, remained closed for several days, due to what they incurred in inactivity.

The measure indicates that, with respect to said cooperative, it is prohibited to initiate judicial or administrative proceedings against it for the collection of debts owed to it, to pursue the execution of judicial resolutions issued against it and to constitute liens on any of its assets as guarantee of the obligations that concern him.
Likewise, make payments, advances or compensation, or assume obligations on her behalf, with the funds or assets that belong to her and are in the possession of third parties and constitute a precautionary measure against her assets.
The resolution also indicates that Joseph Steven Luyo Serrano and Ingrid Vanessa Escobar Ramirez are designated as temporary, main and alternate administrators, respectively, of said cooperative.
