In the press service of Sberbank confirmed death of the vice-president of the financial organization Nikolai Vasev. The head of B2C Customer Experience Development was only 42 years old when he suffered a heart attack.

“It is with deep regret that we inform you that today Nikolai Vasev, Senior Vice President, Head of the B2C Customer Experience Development block of Sberbank, suddenly passed away. According to the preliminary conclusion of doctors, death was due to a heart attack,” the press service confirmed.
Vasev worked at the bank for 12 years, building the vertical of the mortgage product segment – the IT startup Domklik. In his last position as head of the unit, he was involved in making Sber’s business model more customer-oriented.
