“SBA Urban” is developing a prestigious apartment project on the seaside “Kopų slėnis”

SBA Group’s real estate development company “SBA Urban” is developing a housing project “Kopų slėnis” near Palanga, in Kunigiškės. An ensemble of 5 houses of exceptional architecture will be built on an area of ​​almost one hectare, surrounded by a pine forest. Construction works on Užkanavė Street have already started at full capacity. It is planned that the settlers will move into the fully equipped seaside apartments already in July next year.

Smart technical and architectural solutions

The project is located on one of the first lines to the sea – just 150 meters away. Five 3-story A++ energy class buildings with just 65 apartments are planned here. Newcomers will be able to choose from small – 18 sq.m. and larger over 100 sq. m. aspiring homes with large, 9 sq. m. balconies. The average price of a fully finished square will be around 5,600 euros.

“We do not doubt the demand for high-class projects on the seashore, but at the same time we understand that creating houses in the shelter of unique nature requires the search for high-quality technical and architectural solutions. We left over 60 percent of the territory under our control. green spaces. We chose clinker tiles for the decoration of new houses, aluminum showcase windows in the dwellings, ceilings reaching up to 4.8 m on the upper floors. We worked meticulously on every aspect of the project – the landscaping, the staircases, and even elements like smart locks. We want the residents here to feel like they are in their own seaside shelter,” says A. Bušman.

Dune Valley will meet the highest sustainability requirements for residential buildings. Solar power plants on the roofs, gas underfloor heating, air conditioners and recuperation will be installed. The windows are equipped with solar control, which will save heating and cooling costs.

The architecture of “Kopų slėnis” was created by the “SBA Urban” team together with the well-known Lithuanian architectural studio “HEIMA architects”. Here, the greatest attention is paid to the stylistic harmony of buildings and nature, materials of natural colors and textures prevail, which are not only aesthetic, but also durable, adapted to the coastal climate. The axis of the project remained the long-lived pines, which not only surround the area itself, but also grow green in the spaces of the valley. The buildings are designed to fit the pines, not the other way around. Coniferous branches will reach a large part of the balconies, thus further emphasizing the importance of nature for both developers and future residents.
