PSV Eindhoven midfielder Davy Propper announced his early retirement in an interesting decision.

Announcing his decision on the club’s website, the 30-year-old player stated that he lost his love for football and said that he had this feeling especially when he played abroad.

Transferring to Brighton in the summer of 2017, Propper returned to PSV after four seasons.

“I’ll find out exactly what I want, what my passions and interests are. Will I miss football? We’ll all see. Now I have time to spend with my family.”

Which teams has Davy Propper played for?

Starting football in Vitesse infrastructure, Pröpper transferred to PSV Eindhoven in the summer of 2015.

After two seasons here, Propper’s new stop was England and the Dutch football player transferred to Brighton for 13 million euros in the summer of 2017.

After four seasons in England, Pröpper eventually returned to PSV at the beginning of the season.
