Burglary in a single-family home

Location: Dresden-Blasewitz

Unknown people broke into a single-family home in the Blasewitz district in an unknown manner. They searched the furniture and containers in the rooms. They stole jewelry and an unknown amount of cash. The amount of damage cannot currently be quantified.

Four vehicles broken into

In the past few days, unknown people have broken into four vans. They each broke a side window and searched the interior. In total, the perpetrators stole items worth around 430 euros. The material damage amounts to around 2,500 euros.

Negligent arson

Yesterday morning there was a fire on a terrace of a ground floor apartment. According to initial investigations, a log on which a lantern was placed caught fire. The smoke drifted through a tilted window into the apartment above. A six-year-old girl was taken to hospital with suspected smoke poisoning.

Meißen district

Theft of vehicle keys

Location: Großenhain

Unknown people stole the keys to two trucks and a package from a company building. They then tried to steal the two vehicles from the yard. They didn’t succeed in this. The damage is around 2,000 euros.

Damage to club buildings

Time: November 1st, 2024, 8:30 a.m. determined
Location: Meissen

An unknown person daubed the entrance sign of a club on Hirschbergstrasse with various lettering. The material damage amounts to 150 euros.

Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district

Fire in an attic apartment

Time: November 1st, 2024 around 3:00 p.m
Location: Pirna

For reasons unknown, a fire broke out in an attic apartment in an apartment building on Marktgasse. The fire caused heavy sooting throughout the living area. No one was injured in the fire. The material damage cannot currently be quantified.
