Heavy Metal Thunder: Saxon rocks Bremen in February

February 2025 has a very special highlight in store for all heavy metal fans: On February 4th the time has finally come: the legendary band Saxon takes the stage at Aladin in Bremen and takes us on a journey into the golden times of Metal!
Saxon – founded in Barnsley, England in 1977 – are true pioneers of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWoBHM)! With their absolute classics like “Wheels of Steel”, “Denim and Leather” and “Princess of the Night” they have secured a permanent place in the annals of rock history! Their music is a powerful, infectious mix of thunderous guitar riffs, striking bass lines and frontman Biff Byford’s unmistakable, unique voice that has been making metal fans’ hearts beat faster for decades!
This concert at Aladin will be an evening full of energy and nostalgia – that’s for sure! Imagine how the first notes of “Heavy Metal Thunder” echo through the room and captivate the audience – pure goosebumps! Paul Quinn and Doug Scarratt’s guitars will make the air crackle, while Nigel Glockler’s precise drumming sets the rhythm and Tim “Nibbs” Carter on bass provides the necessary depth. Absolute madness!
But Saxon is much more than just music! Their concerts are an absolute must for all senses! The atmosphere at Aladin will be electric as the band take the stage and transport the audience to another world. An evening where you can dance, headbang and simply unwind – really!
