Launching the LAPAN page, December 23, 2021, on January 4, the Quadrantid meteor shower will peak.

The Quadrantid meteor shower is a meteor shower whose radiance points come from the constellation Quadrans Muralis (now part of the Bootes constellation), with a maximum intensity of 200 meteors per hour.

This natural phenomenon can be seen from the northeast from 04.00 local time to 25 minutes before sunrise.

The good news is that there is no interference of natural light like the Moon, which interferes with Quadrantid observations so that it can be observed without optical aids, unless you want to capture it in the form of photos or videos.
