“We are creating the Save Sofia party. 14 years ago we started as three like-minded people who believed it was up to us what kind of city we live in. Today our cause to save Sofia attracts thousands: architects, engineers, lawyers, doctors, teachers, economists and above all active citizens from all over the city We are growing, becoming more and more and giving a clear signal that we are ready to take responsibility for solving Sofia’s problems.
That is why we bring together (and) active people engaged in the city, who have skills, energy and knowledge. In the fight for a better Sofia, we need not only a mayor, but also city councilors and a dedicated team of experts. Our fellow citizens are increasingly turning to us with the expectation that we will create a mature and competent political force. A formation that will successfully tackle the legacy of the current administration and will make Sofia a European capital in which we all live well and of which we are truly proud. Therefore, we ensure that every Sofia citizen vote will be an investment in a better Sofia, while our priorities remain consistent: responsible and open management, efficient and transparent investment of our common money, orderly and green neighborhoods, creation of a competitive environment and work environment free of bureaucracy.
It is time to implement the ideas and solutions for Sofia that we have been offering for many years. We are convinced that the dynamic world is not black and white, that the solutions to improve people’s lives go beyond the clichés of “left” and “right” and that good governance is a balance between the different policies we will strive for . The party does not change our work: we remain independent, authentic and loyal to Sofia and at this stage we have no intention of participating in the parliamentary elections.
