To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Lawyer (m/f/d)
for general civil law/general commercial law. This includes in particular real estate law, construction and architectural law, contract drafting, etc.
Responsibilities / Main tasks:
– Independent support and advice for large and medium-sized companies as well as private individuals.
– Representation of our clients in legal disputes at all levels.
– On request: speaker activity / conducting training courses for clients and educational institutions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
– You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a proven interest in general civil law.
– Ideally, you have completed your studies with a relevant focus and/or gained practical experience during your legal traineeship or you are already working as a lawyer (m/f/d) in these areas.
– You are interested in economic issues.
– Legal qualifications and entrepreneurial expertise round off your profile.
