Show cooking on the alp. Cooking course with organic eggs. Blind tasting with André Senoner, the best sommelier in Italy. And starring: delicious three-course menus with ingredients that grow and thrive right on our doorstep. When the festival of colors begins in nature, Alta Badia tops it all off with “Saus dl altonn – Herbstliche Delicacies” for connoisseurs. From September 17th to October 1st, guests experience culinary highlights in the heart of the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Dolomites. The chefs at selected huts prepare the menus with fresh delicacies from local producers and farmers, some of whom are on site themselves.
Amazing spectacle of nature
Ütia Lé celebrates mountain pine, and Ütia i Tablá relies on ricotta, while Ütia Club Moritzino stages organic country meat and Ütia de Bioch focuses on the potential of organic ice cream. The huts are easily accessible with the mountain railways. By the way: Anyone who comes to Alta Badia in autumn will experience the “Enrosadira” from its most magnificent side: That’s what the Ladin people call the amazing natural spectacle in which the mountains shine in red, orange and pink light in the evening.
