“Saudi-Russian Relations Strengthened in Phone Call between Foreign Ministers”

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Saudi Foreign Minister, received, on Friday, a phone call from his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov.

And the ministry added, in a statement: “During the call, they reviewed the strong Saudi-Russian relations, and ways to strengthen and develop them, in addition to discussing regional and international issues and developments of common concern,” according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

And the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement continued: “The Foreign Minister reaffirmed that the Kingdom will continue to exert all good offices and support all efforts aimed at reaching a political solution to the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.”
