Saudi Ministry of Interior Executes Retaliatory Death Sentences in Riyadh and Asir Regions

Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the retaliatory death sentence against two offenders in the Riyadh region, and another in the Asir region, the text of which follows:

God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, prescribed for you is retaliation for the slain) the verse.

And God Almighty said: (And there is life for you in retaliation, O you of understanding, that you may become righteous.)

Idris bin Abdullah bin Hisn Al Dahim – a Saudi national – killed Miteb bin Ali bin Mufleh Al-Shahrani – a Saudi national – by shooting him, which led to his death.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him proving his guilt for what was attributed to him, and a ruling was issued to kill him as retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a ruling was issued. A royal order to enforce what was decided by Sharia and was supported by its authority.

The death sentence was carried out as retaliation against the perpetrator: Idris bin Abdullah bin Hisn Al Duhaim – a Saudi national – in the Riyadh region.

Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Saeed Al-Bairaq – a Saudi national – also killed Muhammad bin Saeed bin Muhammad Al-Bairaq – a Saudi national – by shooting him, which led to his death due to a dispute between them.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and his investigation resulted in him being charged with committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him proving his guilt for what was attributed to him, and ruling that he should be killed as a retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. A royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia law and was supported by its authority.

The death sentence was carried out as retaliation against the perpetrator, Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Saeed Al-Bairaq – a Saudi national – on Monday 7/17/1445 AH corresponding to 1/29/2024 AD in the Asir region.
