Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists on social media circulated a video clip of a person in a public place who provoked those around him with a loud talk and behavior contrary to public taste, which provoked an interaction.
And the Saudi Ministry of Interior published the “camouflaged” video clip on its “Snapchat” page.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement: “The Riyadh police arrested a citizen who appeared in a video clip in a public place, speaking loudly and in behavior contrary to public taste, and legal measures were taken against him at the time.”
