Saudi Arabia opens Umrah starting August 10, 2021, check out the mandatory conditions for the congregation

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Government Saudi Arabia finally began to allow the congregation from abroad to be able to perform worship Umrah, which starts on August 10, 2021.

Responding to this, the Acting Director General of Hajj and Umrah at the Ministry of Religion, Khoirizi said his party would immediately coordinate with the Saudi Ambassador in Jakarta.

Remember, the Consulate General in Jeddah received the distribution on 15 Zulhijjah 1442H or 25 July 2021.

“Representatives of the government in Saudi, namely the Indonesian Consulate General in Jeddah, have received the circular on 15 Zulhijjah 1442H or July 25, 2021. We will also coordinate with the Saudi Ambassador in Jakarta in the near future to convey the matter,” explained Khoirizi to Tribunnews.com, Monday. (26/7/2021).

Regarding the distribution, Khoirizi said, the Consulate General in Jeddah will conduct diplomatic efforts through the Deputy Umrah Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia.

Including special conditions for third countries before arriving in Saudi.

The countries in question include India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, and Lebanon.

“We hope that Indonesian congregations do not have to be subject to such requirements,” he said.
