Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, attended by numerous artists and celebrities, has seen the activities continue until 10 this December.
The second session of the Red Sea International Film Festival, according to the report by the official Saudi news agency, sees “many of the latest films, and the festival presents 131 films, including shorts and features, produced and directed by a group of emerging talents and distinct, with the participation of 61 countries from different countries of the world.”
The festival highlights “young talent who are helping to shape the characteristics of the film industry in the Kingdom through 7 feature films and 18 short films, which will be presented to international film industry experts,” according to the agency’s report.
The agency emphasized in its report that the festival “features a variety of the latest and greatest Arab and international productions, especially Saudi Arabian, and comprises 11 programmes, including a selection of the best Arab and international films from cinema, television and interactive.”
