Today, Sunday, the Saudi Arabian Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into an expatriate who posed as a doctor and gave a conference in a hotel in the Kingdom.

An official source of the Prosecutor’s Office stated that the Prosecutor’s Office accused the expatriate of having violated the provisions of the Law on the exercise of health professions.

The source stressed the ban on impersonating any of the titles of the health professions, exercising them or using advertising means in them, without obtaining a license from the competent authority, and that this requires criminal liability.
