Financial Reporting Assistant

Purpose of work:

Analyzes and interprets financial data to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and data for the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and compilation of periodic financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, cash position reports, and other reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and present them to leadership and relevant stakeholders as required ‘ required.
• Ensure that there is coordination with the Human Resources Department in identifying staffing needs, recruitment, training, and capacity development according to the organizational structure prepared for the Fund.
• Ensure that financial reports, variance analysis, management accounts, and financial transactions are prepared accurately and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Changes in management strategies and financial reporting from industry regulators followed.
• Ensuring financial compliance with regulatory reporting requirements including the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Public Investment Fund, and the General Accounting Office.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process to provide relevant financial information, resolve questions, and address any issues identified.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar fields.

Practical experiences:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
