Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Many people are afraid of sharks once they see them in videos and movies, but the Saudi adventurer, Yazid Al-Derini, feels a strange love for them.
Al-Darini studied shark behavior by conducting several courses at international universities.
In turn, he was encouraged to search for it in the Atlantic Ocean in the American state of Florida (Watch the video above)
The Saudi adventurer said in an interview with CNN Arabic: “I prepared myself well. I studied the types of sharks and their behavior. This is important. There are limits to everything. This applies to swimming with predatory creatures.”
Drini dived with different types of sharks, including bull sharks, silky sharks, and reef sharks.
It is known that sharks do not feed on human flesh. But this does not prevent there from being any risks when swimming with it.
Sharks are very curious and sensitive.
The Saudi adventurer was careful not to make any unintended mistake, as the sharks would consider him a threat to their personal space.

Al-Darini hopes that people’s views on sharks will change, as these marine creatures are considered an essential element in our lives because they protect the seas from pollution and feed on sick fish, which disturb the ecosystem. In contrast, humans kill more than 100 million sharks annually.
Al-Darini stressed the need to increase awareness about this “great being.”
