Al-Marsad Newspaper: Family doctor Saud Al-Shehri revealed the many health benefits of eggs, describing them as a luxury food.
He explained, through a video he posted on his Twitter account, that the egg is full of useful nutrients because it contains vitamins and choline to support the nervous system and help intelligence.
And he indicated that it contains important substances for eye health, and it also contains 12% of a person’s need for protein and muscle building, as well as vitamin D, and it also contains calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and B vitamins “animal protein.”
He pointed out that some studies reported that eggs protect against certain types of clots, recommending eating one pill a day, stressing that the best way is boiled because it retains its nutrients.
