Dusseldorf 1. FC Köln remain unbeaten after Matchday 2. The Rhinelanders fought a 2-2 draw against cup winners RB Leipzig. Meanwhile, VfL Bochum played a 2-0 lead against Hoffenheim. A summary of Saturday’s Bundesliga matches.
Leipzig – 1. FC Cologne 2: 2 (1: 1) A comeback on the net for Timo Werner, but RB Leipzig struggled: in the passionate debut of his champion, the cup winner missed the first victory of the new Bundesliga season. Against the 1. FC Köln was enough for the Saxons to draw 2-2 (1-1) in a game with some controversial situations, despite Werner’s first goal (36 ‘).

While RB star Christopher Nkunku (56th) scored for long-outnumbered hosts, Cologne’s Florian Dietz (40th) and Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol (72nd) drew twice with an own goal. .
