Actress Satu Silvo tells Eeva about her exhaustion and why she now has new enthusiasm.

Satu Silvo’s Silvoplee restaurant went bankrupt last year. Silvo tells In Evethat the first months after the bankruptcy news, Silvo focused on acting.
The actor’s work held steady, but gradually stress and fatigue took over.
Silvo tells Eeva that he had accepted that he had lost tens of thousands of euros. He says that the amounts were clear and the loans were taken care of, but due to bureaucratic tangles and misunderstandings, the debt collection office received new clarification requests and invoices.
– I prepared answers, sorted out accounting, sent letters and receipts. I had to prove time and time again that everything was okay. My face was really tight, says Silvo in Eeva.
In addition to fatigue, Silvo had palpitations and other physical symptoms. He had to take an exhaustion leave and seek help.
– I noticed that I was slowing down. I was late all the time, I forgot things and I couldn’t really cope with anything. I dutifully took care of the agreed work, but everything felt overwhelming, says Silvo.
Silvo tells about many important encounters and stages that have helped him in his recovery. Last fall Silvo reluctantly and tiredly went to the I love me fair, where he noticed Marja Putkiston departmental. He has appreciated the Method Tubing method, which he got to know after his skiing accident.
Now Silvo is studying to become a director and coach in addition to his work.
– I’m just talking about enthusiasm. We are also working on joint lectures and courses with Marja. Knowing what will develop from this, Silvo rejoices.
Silvo founded Silvople in 1999. When Silvo started his vegetarian restaurant, the atmosphere was not necessarily as welcoming as it is today.
– From the beginning, I was of the attitude that take it or leave it. Today, vegetarian food involves not only health issues but also ethical issues such as climate change, Silvo previously commented to Iltalehte.
