Satu Sehat Application Cannot be Opened, Try These 2 Ways!

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Since 28 February 2023, PeduliLindungi has officially changed to Satu Sehat Mobile. However, many people complain that they cannot access the application with various obstacles.

The obstacles that were conveyed about the application were that it could not be opened or there was a continuous force close. Due to this problem, Satu Sehat Mobile, through its Twitter account, suggested that clear cache cellphone. Method clear cache on Android phone as follows:

1. Enter “Settings” on the cellphone

2. Select “Application” – “SatuSehat Mobile” – “Storage”

3. Select “Clear Memory” and “Clear Data”

4. Enter (login) back into the application with a registered account

If it still can’t be opened and only displays the logo, you can try activating notifications or notifications from the application.

To turn on Satu Sehat notifications, you can go through the settings menu on your cellphone, then select an option titled like this “Notifications” or “Notifications. Then, select the Satu Sehat application and allow notifications for it.
