Sources and method
Regional results of the annual reception quality assessment campaign conducted by the General Inspectorate of the National Gendarmerie (IGGN). Every year and throughout the territory (continental and foreign), the staff meets or contacts users to collect their opinion and satisfaction. In 2019, the campaign involved a panel of 3,379 users and / or victims who visited or contacted a gendarmerie unit.
