Satellite Appearance Before and After the Great Turkey Earthquake

Satellite images show the differences in a number of areas before and after the devastating M 7.7 earthquake rocked Turkey and Syria at 04.17 local time Monday morning.

The death toll from this disaster continued to soar to more than 7,800 people.

The number of victims will still change considering that efforts to save residents from the rubble are still being carried out.

Bad weather and snow covering main roads hampered rescue efforts.

More than 50 thousand personnel will be deployed to the affected areas.
