It will not be Skövde AIK for Sargon Abraham. The striker is said to be ready for SAIK’s league colleague Örgryte IS.
Just over a week ago, it was clear that Sargon Abraham broke the contract with Allsvenska Degerfors. No return to Skövde AIK seemed topical and it does not look like it will be either.
– That is not the idea, Abraham told SLA when asked if it was relevant to return to Skövde AIK.
Instead, the striker looks to end up in Skövde AIK’s league colleague Örgryte IS. According to GT Sargon Abraham and ÖIS have agreed on a three-year agreement that will be presented shortly.
Returns to Gothenburg
Abraham only got to start nine matches for Degerfors where he returned after 2.5 seasons in IFK Gothenburg. The 30-year-old was not happy with how the second stay in Degerfors ended.
– It has not turned out as I thought. That is why I choose to break my agreement, he says to SLA.
Örgryte came eight in the Superettan last season.
