Saras, Massimo Moratti “gives” compensation of 1.5 million to employees in cig- Corriere.it

Massimo Moratti has decided to give up his annual remuneration as president of Saras to help the workers of the Sarroch refinery, in the province of Cagliari, for compensate the salary reduced due to the ordinary layoffs launched following the Covid pandemic crisis. The 1.5 million donation

The 2021 annual emolument of the chairman of the board of directors amounts to one and a half million euros. The waiver by Moratti – confirmed by Saras – makes it possible to integrate the amount set aside by the redundancy fund for the days scheduled for the last quarter of 2021. The sum destined to 1,378 employees non-executives of the Saras companies of Cagliari, Milan and Rome who have two days of layoffs per month. Moratti benefactor
