JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Head of the DKI Jakarta BUMD Board of Trustees Riyadi said there are records of land that have been purchased by Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya covering an area of ​​70 hectares.

The land, said Riyadi, was asked by the DKI Pemprov to be re-evaluated whether it was purchased to build a DP house for only Rp 0 or other uses.

“Earlier there was a note from the Acting Managing Director (Pembangunan Sarana Jaya) that the land that has been purchased is already 70 hectares, and I don’t know this, we will encourage an evaluation whether the 70 hectare land is entirely for DP Rp 0 or for land banking, “said Riyadi in the Commission B meeting room DPRD DKI Jakarta, Monday (15/3/2021).

Today’s meeting is actually scheduled to discuss the work of Sarana Jaya with its partner, Commission B DPRD DKI Jakarta. Initially, the council members wanted to ask for an explanation about the implementation DP home project 0 who is currently plagued by a corruption case at the KPK.

However, suddenly, another fact was revealed in another trial and became a debate. Namely, about the 70 hectares of land that Sarana Jaya has purchased.

The chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetio Edi Marsudi, asked for an explanation of the location of the 70 hectare land that Pembangunan Sarana Jaya had purchased.

“Pak Plt, did you mention that there are 70 hectares (land purchase), of which 70 hectares are located,” said Prasetio to Acting President Director of Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Indra Sukmono.

Prasetio said that if the number of land areas that had been purchased had been stated, the location of the land should have been known.

“If you have the courage to mention 70 hectares, well (the data) just give us. Because this must be clarified, sir,” said Prasetio.

When asked about the location of the 70 hectare land, Acting Director of Development of Sarana Jaya Indra Sukmono was silent and looked confused talking to some of his staff.

The chairperson of the trial who is also the Chairman of Commission B of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Abdul Aziz, then asked when the Sarana Jaya Development was ready to present the data regarding the location of the 70 hectare land.

“When can you get the data ready,” said Aziz.

Aziz said that if the data could be prepared within a week, the work meeting would be postponed and continued next week.

Indra Sukmono said that he did not accept the one-week time offered by Aziz.

“If possible, at the latest by a month,” said Indra.

Hearing this answer, the Chairperson of the DKI DPRD, Prasetio, considered that what Indra explained about the purchase of 70 hectares of land was false data.

“That means the exposure is 70 hectares,” said Prasetio.

Chairman of Commission B Abdul Aziz then took a middle ground to postpone the meeting for two weeks and asked Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya to be ready to prepare the requested data within two weeks.

“I love the middle ground, two weeks,” Aziz said.

The work meeting that took place today was to listen to the explanation of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya regarding the procurement of potentially problematic lands after the alleged corruption case of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung District, East Jakarta.

Previously, the KPK was investigating allegations of corruption in land acquisition by Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya in Munjul.

The alleged corruption that dragged the Managing Director of Sarana Jaya Development Yoory C Pinontoang was a land for a Rp 0 DP house construction project from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria said that Yoory had been named by the KPK as a suspect on Friday (5/3/2021).

The DKI Provincial Government took steps to deactivate Yoory and appointed Indra Sukmono as Acting Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

Until now, the KPK is still investigating the alleged corruption case and there has been no further development.
