Sarah Knappik is taking part in the new season of “Kampf der Realitystars”. Right at the beginning, the TV icon opens up about her weight.
Phuket – Bright sunshine, palm trees, blue skies – and of course lots of drama: That is the recipe for success of “Battle of the Reality Stars“. On Wednesday evening (April 12th) the fourth season of the RTL2 format will kick off and among the well-known celebrity faces, fans will immediately notice a well-known island resident, Sarah Knappik (36). A lot has happened in the life of the trash TV legend in the last few years – and she is very open about the changes to her body.

In the premiere episode, the prominent “Battle of the Reality Stars” candidates gradually arrive on the Thai island of Phuket and get to know their fellow contestants. They have a few tough weeks ahead of them in which they will have to go beyond themselves and will certainly reveal one or two secrets about themselves. For Antonia Hemmer, it’s the perfect opportunity to spill the beans on her ex Patrick Romer – and Sarah Knappik also spills the beans.

The platinum blonde hair has remained the same over the years, but otherwise Sarah Knappik’s look has always evolved. At “Kampf der Realitystars” she steps out of the boat in a loose summer dress and makes no secret of the fact that she has gained a few kilos since the birth of her daughter in 2021. “Of course I was pregnant and changed physically. I gained 20 kilos,” she explains, “And that’s okay, because I am who I am.”

“Could retire”: Sarah Knappik dreams of victory in “Battle of the Reality Stars”
Standing up for yourself and being proud of your own body – Sarah Knappik is already doing it right on “Kampf der Realitystars”. “I would like to look hot again,” she says jokingly to the camera before happily greeting her fellow islanders. “I’ve never won a format,” she laughs about the repeated reality failures – but does not rule out that the time could finally come in 2023: “My fairytale is coming to an end, then I could retire too, it would be great.”

To see Sarah Knappik so self-confident despite her (insignificant anyway) extra kilos – the former GNTM candidate has probably sent a clear message, especially to the younger RTL2 viewers.
