The missing British woman Sarah Everard (33) has been confirmed dead.
It reports British police on Friday afternoon, according to Sky News.
On Wednesday, the remains of a person were found in a forest area in Kent in England. Police have always suspected that the remains belong to Everard, but today came the final confirmation.
Policeman imprisoned
The 33-year-old woman living in London disappeared on Wednesday last week. She was last seen on her way home to the London borough of Brixton after visiting a friend.
The case has received massive attention in the British press, partly due to the suspected perpetrator.
On Tuesday night this week, a policeman in his 40s was arrested, suspected of having abducted and killed the 33-year-old. The policeman was later remanded in custody.

The suspected police officer works for the police in London, who have confirmed that he was not at work at the time Everard disappeared.
He will usually work to protect diplomatic and parliamentary leaders.
