According to the mother of two, the “number one topic at the moment” is her bust size, she reports in her Instagram story.
When a follower asks her if she has had her breasts done, the 34-year-old feels almost a little flattered and immediately digs out an old Playboy photo from the past.
She jokingly writes: “This is not silicone, this is breast milk.”

She can even understand such questions, because Sara is one of the few “middle-aged women” who shows her natural breasts without a bra.
What goes way too far, however, are derogatory comments. But it is also understandable that she sees the statement “I think they hang pretty low” as intrusive.
