Santiago Giménez starts Feyenoord season with assist | TUDN Eredivisie

Mexican Santiago Giménez played 73 minutes in Feyenoord’s 1-1 draw against Willem II in the start of the Eredivisie season in Dutch football.

The Mexican had the confidence of coach Brian Priske, who lined him up as a starter in the home team and the Mexican had a pretty decent match.

Although Santiago Giménez did not score a goal, he was quite active and even missed a good goal-scoring opportunity, despite this, he also boasts his first assist of the Dutch championship.

The goal of the match was scored by Antoni Milambo after 12 minutes of play and the pass came from the legs of Santiago Giménez.

Santiago Giménez was replaced by Japanese Ayase Ueda, who came on when the match was going in Feyenoord’s favour.

On Matchday 2, Feyenoord will have its first away match against PEC Zwolle, a match that will take place on August 18 at 6:30 am Central Mexico Time.
