The insurance company Santalucía has closed the purchase of two office buildings in the metropolitan areas of Paris and London for a total amount of about 80 million euros, as reported this Wednesday in a statement.
The Paris building is located in the center of the city. Although built in 1890, it was renovated in 2019 and has an area of 2,100 square meters of offices on nine floors. It is currently occupied by Crédit Mutuel Equity and the acquisition has been closed for 45 million euros.
The London property has been priced at 36 million euros and is rented to Clear Channel, in the Soho neighborhood. The building, completely renovated and renovated in 2016, has an area of almost 2,200 square meters of offices spread across its eight floors.
The insurer has pointed out that these investments “are part of the company’s real estate diversification strategy both in Spain and Europe.” In recent years it has acquired an office building in Lisbon, a hotel in Malaga, a building in Paris and another property in London.
