Sandy Walsh Provides Update on Injury and Recovery for Indonesian National Team

Denpasar Voice – Player naturalization Indonesian National team, Sandy Walsh provided an update on his condition after reportedly suffering an injury while playing for KV Mechelen.

Sandy Walsh reportedly suffered a mild concussion after colliding with Oh Leuven striker Jon Thorsteinsson in the 10th minute when the two teams clashed at Belgian League Tue AFAS Stadium.

“Hi Garuda friends, I’m fine,” said Sandy Walsh in a post on Instagram Story.

The 28 year old player also said he didn’t need much time to rest and recover. He has even started training again with his KV Mechelen team.

“I’ve been back training since today,” said Sandy.

Sandy Walsh’s recovery is certainly a breath of fresh air for the Indonesian national team and also coach Shin Tae-yong.
