Sandra Dewi is said to have received 3.1 billion in Harvey Moeis corruption money for personal needs

On Wednesday (14/8/2024), a trial was held in the Jakarta Central District Court regarding the tin corruption allegedly committed by Harvey Moeis. During the trial, it was revealed that the woman received money of 3.1 billion Rp Harvey MoesSandra Dewey.

This money is part of the corruption money worth Rp. 420 billion which is said to have been received by Harvey Moeis. The Public Prosecutor (JPU) explained that a sum of money was transferred to Sandra Dewi and Ratih Purnamasari. The second person to be named personal assistant is the star of Quickie Express.

In addition, The prosecutor explained that Sandra Dewi received IDR 3.1 billion. Meanwhile, Ratih Purnamasari received IDR 80 million. The prosecutor said the money was for daily needs.

“Moving to an account in the name of Ratih Purnamasari as Sandra Dewi’s personal assistant, which was only opened in 2021, the account was then controlled by Sandra Dewi for the personal needs of Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis,” said the Public Prosecutor in the courtroom statement.

At the same time, the prosecutor seized several pieces of evidence from Sandra Dewi in the form of 88 branded luggage. One by one, details of the bag were revealed in the courtroom.

It turns out, of the 88 bags, the authenticity of 6 items could not be identified. These include Chanel, Dior and Hermes bags.

“1 unit of Hermes bag cannot be identified brown, 1 unit of Hermes bag cannot be identified, 1 unit of Chanel bag cannot be identified, classic double flat model, 1 unit of Dior bag cannot be identified, medium goodie bag model , 1 unit Chanel bag cannot be identified”, 1 unit of Chanel bag could not be identified, “continued the Public Prosecutor.

Harvey Moeis accepted the panel of judges’ charges regarding the alleged corruption and TPPU without filing a note of complaint. In his statement, he said the legal process could continue.

The Harvey Moeis tin corruption trial will continue on August 22, 2024 with an agenda to hear statements from witnesses presented by the Public Prosecutor.

“I understand the costs, and I request permission to proceed to the next case by not filing an exception,” said Harvey Moeis.

In addition to the IDR 3.1 billion and IDR 80 million received by Sandra Dewi and her assistant, IDR 420 billion worth of tin corruption money belonging to Harvey Moeis also went into many funds. Some of them are land and luxury houses in Melbourne, Australia, and then there are luxury cars such as Mini Cooper, Porche, Lexus and Rolls Royce.

Branded bags used as evidence are also part of the cash flow. In addition, there are jewelry and precious metals.
