Sanctions against Russia – the EU agreed on the 10th package of restrictions

According to the journalist, the ambassadors of the EU member states on the evening of February 24 agreed on the 10th package of restrictions.

The new sanctions in particular increase export restrictions on dual-use goods and technologies.

The package also includes “targeted restrictive measures” against individuals and entities that support the war, distribute propaganda or deliver UAVs that the Russian Federation uses.

In addition, the sanctions provide for certain measures against the spread of Russian disinformation.

“Together, member countries have imposed the strongest and most extensive sanctions in history to help Ukraine win the war. The EU is one with Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. We will support Ukraine for as long as it takes,” noted in the Swedish Presidency of the European Union.
