Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said this at the end of the EU Council. “Hungary has been hijacking European policies for too long, it is not responding to the needs of the moment in Ukraine.” “On migrants we have a position based on humanity: an orderly and responsible migration is the answer to the democratic problem that afflicts Spain and Europe. Our welfare depends on migration policy”. “The Spanish government has a very clear idea: the defense of coherence and international law, in Ukraine, as in the Middle East.
