The 2024 Primera Nacional is made up of 38 teams distributed in two zones of 19 clubs each. They will all play against each other, round-trip, and there will be an inter-zone tournament per date. The top two in each zone will play the final for the first promotion; the teams that finish between 2nd and 8th place will play a reduced tournament for the second promotion to the Professional League.
