San Lorenzo de Almagro demanded that former footballer Néstor Ortigoza, who is now a member of the board of directors, resign from his position vocal titular in the institution.
The decision of the Barça leadership was made after the videos were released in which the former “Ciclón” player can be seen assaulting his ex-wife.
So far, the attacker has not commented on the matter.

BACKGROUND OF THE CASE
The former player had denounced the woman for alleged child abuse. Interveners raided her house and found two weapons with 84 cartridges.
In August, Nestor Ortigoza and Lucia Cassiauher ex-partner, reported each other under the cause of “aggravated injuries” product of a romantic relationship with acts of violence, allegedly, on both sides.
