“It is a joy to be announcing this Provincial Artistic Skate Tournament 2022, from division C, for all ages, which will feature more than 700 skaters from the entire province of Córdoba and which is organized by the Association of Skaters from Córdoba and where Club El Ceibo will host this event that will take place from this Thursday the 23rd to Sunday the 26th inclusive, at the Superdome,” said Rodrigo Buffa.
Likewise, the government secretary invited the entire community to enjoy the event and remarked that “this comes to reinforce the joint management that marks the government policy of Mayor Damián Bernarte, in this joint work between the clubs, private institutions and the public part, to always accompany us, as our mayor says, with an open mind and attentive ears in the face of this requirement. We have no doubt that culture and sports are fundamental pillars of this management that instill values in our children and young people to the rest of their lives.”
For her part, from the organization, Florencia Lovera -from El Ceibo- thanked the municipality for the collaboration permanently and especially for the development of this tournament and expressed the joy of the institution given that for the third time they are summoned as the venue for this type of event. “San Francisco is a city where there are many skate schools and having the possibility of a tournament of this magnitude being held here in the city is very important. Although this time it was our turn to host it, it can happen with any of the federated clubs of the city, this encourages the other clubs that are not federated today to also do so and continue adding girls to this sport,” he considered.
From El Tala, also a member of the Association of Cordovan Skaters, the coach María Paula also emphasized the importance of the city developing a tournament of these characteristics and that the sport has a greater diffusion and commented: “There are many girls and children who dedicate themselves to this sport and it is very good that you can begin to see what it has to do with the federated part, what the tournaments are and the magnitude they have”.
