San Francisco to Host 2025 Laver Cup: Dates, Teams, and Venue Revealed

San Francisco will host the 2025 edition of the Laver Cup. This event is played between teams from Europe and the rest of the world.

“The Chase Center, where the Golden State Warriors play at home in the NBA, will host the Laver Cup from September 19 to 21, 2025,” the Californian organizers said in a press release. This exhibition born in 2017 is organized by the company Team 8 managed by Roger Federer and his agent Tony Godsick.

It opposes – on a principle reminiscent of the golf Ryder Cup – two teams of 6 players: one, under the captaincy of the Swede Björn Borg, is made up of European players, the other, under the captaincy of the American John McEnroe , is made up of players from the rest of the world.
