In a truly confusing turn of events after being recently released by Boston Uprising, the San Francisco Shock announced they would be re-signing right “Forward” Namjoo for the third time for any Overwatch League team.
The announcement was made by head coach Park “Crusty” Dae-hee, around the same time that the Shock announced a series of other player changes.
Specifically, the Shock has released Chae “HeeSang” Hee-sang and Park “Vindaim” Jun-woo, and in addition to adding Striker, has also signed Jung “Probe” Jun-young, Luke “Lukemino” Fish and Steven “Renko ” Saucedo.
No doubt it won’t be long before Striker returns to the East, reunites with Uprising, and sees the loop begin all over again.
