San Francisco by Bike: the Municipality received adapted bicycles from the Jean Maggi foundation – El Periódico

In a continued effort to promote sustainable mobility and inclusion, the Municipality of San Francisco, through the Ministry of Innovation, received five adapted bicycles to add to the public bicycle program. These new units are specially designed for people with reduced mobility, ensuring that the public bicycle transport system is accessible to more of the city’s residents.

These bikes They are designed to adapt to different types of physical needsallowing comfortable and safe use for those who need it most.

The delivery took place at a Maggi Foundation event called “Symphony in Motion”, in which the Secretary of Innovation, Micaela Mulassanoand the general director of Technological Innovation, Juan Pablo Bonowho highlighted the importance of this incorporation and reaffirmed the city’s commitment to inclusive mobility.

With this initiative, San Francisco is not only moving towards a more sustainable city, but also a more equitable one, where all citizens can access the same services and opportunities.
