San Diego, Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles and Miami the favorite destinations for Easter

This year the Holy Week covers from April 2 to 9 and without a doubt, it is the most anticipated vacation period of the first quarter of the year. Mexicans, seeking to enjoy the days of break for Holy Week and Easterthey anticipated their reservations for these dates, these being the international destinations that had more interest than last year.

The international destinations with the highest demand for their reservations for this holiday season are San Diego, with an increase of 87%, followed by Las Vegas, with an increase of 86%, New York, with 65%, Los Angeles, with 61% and Miami with 22%, which demonstrates the interest of Mexicans in exploring the tourist attractions of various cities in the neighboring country to the north.

Regarding national destinations, the beaches of Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas are some of the cities with the highest number of searches.

In addition, according to a recent survey conducted by Expedia, 75% of Mexicans who will travel this vacation will do so with their family, followed by people who will leave with their partner (20%) and their friends (5%).
