This town does not have water since this morning and the state company does not inform the cause of the new cut.
The first cut was recorded on Christmas, the second on Sunday and the third today.
All the cuts are prolonged and the entity does not deign to alert users about possible jobs so that they can store the vital liquid.
Since the last 25, Essap only responds to those who claim the service that the failure is in the main engine of the local watering machine.
Since Essap took over the Sanitation Board, the problems of cuts and complaints of over-invoicing have not stopped.
Despite the fact that the state entity seized the premises, it does not set up an office for claims and even for the payment you have to go to Asunción or San Lorenzo.
Let us remember that by means of a decree the then president Horacio Cartes ordered the transfer of the local Sanitation Board to Essap. The citizens had built the Junta with great sacrifice.
