After the Oscars, “Pulp Fiction” starring Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson met again, but this time in private.
Small reunion of “Pulp Fiction” in New York: Uma Thurman (52) and Samuel L. Jackson (73) met on the weekend behind the scenes of a theater on Broadway. The two actors, who appeared in Quentin Tarantino’s cult film (59) in 1994, beamed for a photo together on a ladder.
Samuel L. Jackson is currently starring in August Wilson’s play “The Piano Lesson” (1945-2005, “Fences”) on Broadway. Directed by his wife LaTanya Richardson (72). In addition to Tarantino’s regular actor, on stage is “Tenet” star John David Washington (38). “The Piano Lesson” will premiere on October 13, 2022. Uma Thurman attended a preview of the piece.
Just a few months ago, there was a “Pulp Fiction” reunion on the Oscars stage. At the ceremony on March 28, Thurman and Jackson presented the Oscar for Best Actor. The third of the group was John Travolta (68). Travolta and Thurman alluded to their iconic dance scene from the film. “‘Pulp Fiction’ was a masterpiece, but these two think it was just a dance contest,” joked Jackson.
The next reunion will soon follow on the big screen
Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson’s next reunion is about to hit the big screen. The two have just finished filming The Kill Room. Jackson plays the head of a hitman who becomes a star of the art scene. Thurman embodies a gallery owner.
