Samuel Armenteros has found a new club.
According to Sportbladet’s information, the striker has signed for Al-Kholood in Saudi Arabia.
There he becomes teammates with, among others, Ahmed Yasin.
Samuel Armenteros has been rumored for the Allsvenskan in basically every transfer window in recent years, but without a transfer coming through.
Among other things, he has had a couple of talks with Hammarby, but where he has sometimes been a bit too expensive for Bajen and lately Hammarby has also gone for other options.
According to Sportbladet’s information, Samuel Armenteros has now found a new club. It is about Al-Kholood in Saudi Arabia’s second league. Former AIK, Häcken and Örebro player Ahmed Yasin also play there. Previously, Jiloan Hamad also played in the same club.

33-year-old Armenteros most recently comes from a stay at Heracles Almelo, where he made 43 appearances and 18 goals. He has previously also made two turns in Almelo and in total there have been 188 games, 71 goals and 26 appearances for the club. Armenteros has also made 2 A international matches for Sweden.
If everything goes as planned, he will be presented as Al-Kholood’s next signing shortly.
