‘Samsung will introduce Galaxy Book 3 Ultra with mobile Nvidia RTX 4070’ – Computer – News

Samsung will introduce five new Galaxy Book 3 laptops at its Unpacked event on February 1. That claims tech website MySmartPrice. The manufacturer would also like to introduce a Pro and Ultra variant of this laptop line. The latter would have an RTX 4070 GPU.

According to MySmartPrice Samsung will introduce a regular Book 3, a Book 3 360, a Book 3 Pro, a Book 3 Pro 360 and a Book 3 Ultra on February 1. The 360 ​​designation could indicate a 360-degree hinge that allows the laptop to also be used as a tablet.

Both the Book 3 and Book 3 360 would have a 15-inch screen. The resolution of these screen panels is not yet known. The Pro variants would have a 14” screen, or a 16” screen, and those panels would have a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels. These Pro versions could be configured with an Intel i5-1240P, or an i7-1360 CPU, with a maximum of 16GB of Lpddr5 RAM and 1TB of storage via an NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD. The laptops would have integrated Intel Xe GPUs.

The Book 3 Ultra would according to MySmartPrice with a 16” screen. The resolution of this screen, just like the Pro variants, would be 2880×1800 pixels. This laptop would have an Intel Core i9-13900H with a maximum of 32GB of lpddr5 RAM and 1TB of storage space via an NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD. Samsung would equip the laptop with a mobile Nvidia RTX 4070 that has 8GB of GDDR6X memory.

According to the tech website, both the Pro and Ultra variants of the Galaxy 3 will have a 76Wh battery. The Pro variant would be shipped with a 65W charger, while the Ultra variant will receive a 136W charger. Nothing is yet known about the prices that Samsung will charge.

Samsung is holding its annual Unpacked event on February 1. Company has confirmed that it will announce its new Galaxy S phones during that event, but does not yet specifically discuss the devices. It is expected to be Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S23 phones.
