There were similar color effects with TVs of other brands thanks to the Philips Hue Sync Box, into which you connected the HDMI inputs of all image sources and the TV input, and this box provided the light. The hack is obvious, the effects are produced only from external sources, if you start Netflix, Amazon Video on the TV, play files from a USB memory, or play a terrestrial TV broadcast, the effects did not occur.
This will now change for Samsung TVs model year 2022 and 2023, in their app stores there will be a Philips application, which can be used to turn on the light in the TV and will therefore work for all content displayed by the TV.
