BANDUNG – Samsung noted improvement sale the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 devices, along with the trend foldable smartphone . This indicates that Indonesian consumers have received the two devices well and enthusiastically.
Verry Octavianus, MX Product Marketing Senior Manager, Samsung Electronics Indonesia, revealed that the increase in the two products was 1.5 more compared to the predecessor series which was launched last year. Both the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 both recorded sales figures of 50-50, aka draws.
“Sales of the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 are 1.5 times more than the previous model during pre-orders. We see that developments here are getting better, consumers are also very enthusiastic,” said Verry at the Join The Flip Side Trip event in Bandung, Tuesday (5/9/2023).
Furthermore, Verry said that until now the public interest is still increasing. Samsung targets this foldable smartphone to be accepted by all groups with complete specifications.
“We want to make consumers feel that it’s time to switch, upgrade to the latest model. We saw previously that the Galaxy Z Fold4 was priced at IDR 24,999,000, now Galaxy 5 offers the same price but the specifications are much better,” added Verry.
