Samsung continues its promotional campaign for the devices that it will officially present at the next Unpacked event, scheduled for July 26th.
The new video of the “Join the Flip Side” campaign features the foldable Galaxy Z Flip 5, of course, but surprisingly does not include rival Apple and arrives in the horror movie genre. Curious?

It is already officially confirmed that the next Unpacked event will take place on July 26th. It will be at this conference that Samsung will present a handful of news, including the new generation of the foldable smartphone Galaxy Z Flip 5.
To promote the new shell model, Samsung launched the campaign “Join the Flip Side” and now a new video has arrived in everything peculiar. First of all, starting with the fact that the South Korean giant has abandoned the advertising strategy of teasing Apple for not having a foldable smartphone in its portfolio. In the new video, no reference or insinuation is made to Cupertino’s rival.
On the contrary, the video focuses on the Galaxy Flip, adopting it as a horror film genre. The new video, lasting two minutes, highlights the magnetism and seduction of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 series that leaves no one indifferent and “captures” us all.
The short film arrives just over two weeks before the Unpacked event that will officially reveal the new generation of the foldable Flip.
Specs expected on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5
Samsung is right to place the Galaxy Flip at the center of its promotional campaign for the upcoming Unpacked event. Since few changes are expected in the new Galaxy Z Fold 5, the Flip 5 will have a completely renewed look.
All thanks to the new Super AMOLED exterior screen that will now be 3.4 inches and will provide a resolution of 748×720 pixels. The main screen will have 6.7 inches, a resolution of 2640×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Another novelty will be the processor. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 will arrive equipped with the customized and overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 which, in turn, will be paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
Some sources have already advanced that this model, in its variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, will cost 1,299 euros in the European market.
